Cancellation and No Show Policy

At Native Wellness & Aesthetics, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized care to each of our clients. To ensure we can serve all clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellations
  • We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $50 service charge to cover the time reserved for you.
No-Show Policy
  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and fail to notify us will be considered a “no-show” and may be charged the full cost of the service.
    • Weight Management Initial Consultations: $100
    • Weight Management & TRT/HRT Follow-ups: $50
    • Neuromodulator: $100
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session to accommodate the remaining time. Late arrivals may still be charged the full amount for the service.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Booking Deposit
For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if there is a no-show.

Cancellations can be made by contacting us directly via phone at 585-566-1843 or online through the client portal at nativewellness.jane app.com if >/= 24 hours prior to your appointment.
