Kailee Faulkner is a Reiki Level III Master and Certified IET Level II practitioner. Over the last 15 years, various life and loss events have lead her down her own path of spiritual expansion and healing. She has worked with some of the most skilled practitioners in the region. Life experience and formal study has brought her to you. An ordained minister through Universal Life Church, she provides wedding and spiritual services as well. As a graduate in Tourism Management from Finger Lakes Community College, she has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, including 15 years in the Finger Lakes beverage and hospitality industry. From this, she holds customer service and experience in the highest regard.
Born and raised in the Finger Lakes, Kailee is passionate about personal growth and guiding others on their journeys. In her free time, she enjoys experiencing the outdoors, skiing, traveling, live music, and time with loved ones.
Nicole is a skilled registered nurse and aesthetic injector whose calm presence and clinical expertise help clients feel empowered in their skin. A proud Livonia graduate, she earned her nursing degree from St. John Fisher College in 2012 and completed advanced aesthetics training at the National Laser Institute in Arizona in 2021.
With over a decade of nursing experience, Nicole finds fulfillment in helping people both feel and look their best. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to 22 states and 18 countries. When she’s not in the clinic, she’s at home with her beloved “sour patch kid” dog, Sophie.

Regina is a licensed esthetician with a deep love for skincare and self-care rituals that restore confidence and radiance. A Livonia graduate and lifelong Livingston County resident, she brings warmth and passion to every appointment. Regina’s personal passions are as vibrant as her professional life. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, she finds joy in movement and health. Her biggest adventure goal is to visit every national park in the United States. She has already checked five off her list. Born and raised in Livingston County, Hannah’s heart has always belonged to the place she now proudly calls home. A Livonia graduate, she went on to earn her associate’s in nursing from Alfred State in 2021, followed by her BSN through Chamberlain University. Her journey with Native Wellness + Aesthetics began serendipitously. After discovering the clinic online and trying her first IV drip during her first trimester of pregnancy, she was instantly hooked by the care and replenishment she experienced.
Before joining Native, Hannah worked as a nursing supervisor while building her own business, ReNewed Coffee Co. The moment she met Amy, she knew Native was more than just a wellness space. It was a place built from heart and intention, and she felt honored to be part of it.
Outside of the clinic, Hannah enjoys running her coffee business, spending time with her family, and embracing the rhythm of small-town life, where her roots run deep.
Amy Wood, a native of Dansville, New York, embarked on her nursing journey with determination and resilience. In 2017, she self-funded her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) education, gaining diverse clinical experience as a travel nurse. Her assignments spanned various specialties, including dermatology, where her passion for aesthetics began to take root, and cardiac step-down units, where she honed her critical care skills. In 2023, Amy achieved her Registered Nurse (RN) degree and currently serves in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Strong Memorial Hospital, where she provides compassionate and expert care to critically ill patients.
Outside of the hospital, Amy is an advocate for holistic well-being. She enjoys activities that get her heart rate up, such as Lagree workouts, and finds peace in outdoor adventures. Her positive energy and commitment to health and healing resonate both in her professional and personal life.
MacKenzie Crook is a registered nurse and IV therapy specialist from Canisteo, New York. She graduated from Alfred State College in 2021 and has spent the last four and a half years working as a labor and delivery nurse at Noyes Health, supporting families through life’s most important and vulnerable moments. MacKenzie’s compassionate nature and attentive care make her a trusted presence for clients navigating their wellness journeys.
In her free time, MacKenzie enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with friends and family. She understands the importance of holistic wellness and strives to foster that balance in both her personal life and her nursing practice.
Leiya St. Andre serves as the Client Experience Concierge at Native Wellness + Aesthetics, bringing a refined, welcoming presence to every guest interaction. With 17 years of customer service experience, she has perfected the art of making each guest feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for—an experience that begins the moment you arrive.Before joining the Native team, Leiya worked alongside Kailee in the service industry, where she built strong relationships and refined her warm, attentive approach to guest care.
